Job Description

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Athens. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Accurately document customer interactions

  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch

  • Good level of English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Candidates must be able to provide a speed test from Greece

Working Hours

Monday – Sunday
08:00 – 00:00 (shift-based schedule)

Salary

1500€ gross monthly salary

Additional Information

  • Training and nesting period will be conducted on-site for candidates based in Attica.

  • After 90 days, there is a possibility to work from home based on performance and metrics.
