Customer Service Representative (Dutch + English) – On-Site | Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 (Rotative Shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Dutch market from our Lisbon office.

This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional case handling

  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems

  • Follow company procedures and service standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • Minimum 6 months of previous experience in customer service (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
