German Customer Support

Currently looking for German speakers (German + English) for the project, with a start date of 03/08/2026.

Salary Package
Base Salary: €1,400
Language Bonus: €150
Performance Bonus: Up to €100

Schedule
Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00

Working Model - Lisbon
Hybrid after the first 3 months

Main Responsibilities
Customer support via phone, email, and chat
Handling product and order-related queries
After-sales support and customer follow-up
Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
Working closely with international teams in a multicultural environment
