Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support the growth of international e-commerce operations in the Brazilian market. This role focuses on developing data frameworks, defining KPI systems, and delivering insights that guide business strategy and operational decisions.

You will analyze marketplace data, monitor ecosystem performance, and support international expansion initiatives.

We particularly welcome candidates currently working in large-scale internet platform companies with strong e-commerce ecosystems and international marketplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data frameworks and KPI systems

  • Develop dashboards and analytical reporting systems

  • Analyze platform performance across merchants, products, and content ecosystems

  • Translate business logic into data models and insights

  • Monitor marketplace health and identify growth opportunities

  • Support market expansion and operational strategies

Requirements

Important Screening Requirement
This role requires candidates who are currently working in a leading internet platform or large-scale e-commerce ecosystem with extensive experience in platform data analytics.

  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce platform data analysis

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Hive, and visualization tools

  • Experience creating data dashboards and reporting frameworks

  • Ability to connect data analysis with business strategy

  • Chinese language proficiency at a professional working level or higher

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Experience with content-driven platforms is preferred
