About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Advertising Specialist to join a dynamic team in Sofia. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, where you can choose your 3 in-office days.

This is a non-customer-facing position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, contracts, and internal processes within an advertising or digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring the sales pipeline

• Handling contracts and invoices accurately

• Ensuring correct revenue recognition

• Identifying and preventing duplications or inconsistencies

• Coordinating with internal teams to maintain data accuracy

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2)

• Good command of English (B2+)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

• Tech support experience is a plus

• Ability to work on-site in Sofia 3 days per week
