We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Native level of Slovenian

  • English B2 level

  • Strong communication skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
(Shift-based schedule)

Salary

3700 BGN gross
