Shifts: 10:00 – 19:00 or 12:00 – 21:00
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with Portuguese and English to support customers throughout their onboarding and implementation journey. This is a non-sales position focused on customer engagement, product adoption, and successful implementation.
Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding sessions and customer orientations
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations using provided materials
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Guide customers through a 5–10 week implementation process
Share best practices and support platform adoption
Monitor customer engagement and adoption rates
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable speaking on camera
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
Customer-focused mindset
Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Training, or Account Management is an advantage
Relocation Package
Up to €250 travel reimbursement after 6 months with the company
10 nights of hotel accommodation upon arrival (breakfast included)
