About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Social Media Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto.

In this role, you will support users and handle social media-related inquiries, ensuring high service quality and adherence to platform guidelines.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00

• 2 rotative days off per week

Evening shift planned in the future: 13:00 – 22:00
Later possibility (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational schedule

Flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via social media platforms and related channels

• Handle user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Monitor and respond according to platform policies

• Maintain accurate case documentation

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1–C2)

• English C1 level (mandatory)

• Previous contact centre experience (mandatory)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends

• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
