Polish Customer Service Representative | Lisbon, Portugal

We are hiring Polish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international e-commerce project in Lisbon.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Position: Customer Service
Language: Polish (C1/C2) + English (B2+)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotational Days
Salary: €920/month x 14 salaries
Attendance Bonus: €45/month (11 months)

Requirements:
Fluent Polish and good English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good understanding of e-commerce
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
