We are hiring French-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisors to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Position: Logistics & Delivery Advisor
Language: French (C1/C2) + English (B2+)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 08:00–21:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Salary: €1,330/month

Project:
Provide customer support for shipment and delivery inquiries, including:
Delivered orders
Undelivered shipments
Lost packages
Delivery status updates

Relocation Package:
€1,500 gross relocation bonus (paid in 2 installments)
21 days of company-provided accommodation
Assistance with finding long-term housing

Training:
On-site in Sofia

Requirements:
Fluent French and good English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
