Role Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our on-site team in Barcelona. In this role, you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent / Native level German

• Good level of English

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
