Content Moderator (Austrian German) – On-Site | Lisbon

About the Role

We are hiring a Content Moderator fluent in Austrian German (C2/Native level) to join an international team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

Important: Standard German is NOT accepted for this role. Candidates must speak Austrian German at a native/C2 level.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts)

• 2 rotative days off per week

At a later stage (TBC by the client), the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content

• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines

• Identify and escalate sensitive or inappropriate content

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in content decisions

• Follow internal quality and performance standards

Requirements

• Native / C2 Austrian German (mandatory)

• Good command of English (B2+)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive content

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts
