We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist customers, handle inquiries, and provide high-quality support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent Dutch

Good level of English

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in the same role (mandatory)

Working Hours
Monday – Sunday
08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days
Salary & Bonus
1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
80€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)
