Location: Barcelona, Spain
Work Model: Office-based (with potential future hybrid model)
Schedule: Full-time, 39 hours/week
Salary: €30,000 gross/year
Performance Bonus: Up to €3,500 gross/year
Relocation Support: Available for candidates relocating from outside Spain
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager – Customer Success & Optimization to join a dynamic team in Barcelona within the property & hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
Account Optimization & Retention

Manage relationships with newly onboarded and existing clients

Proactively address client needs to improve satisfaction and sustainability

Provide tailored account optimization strategies

Strengthen long-term partnerships and drive retention
Pipeline Management

Use CRM and customer success tools to manage and track accounts

Meet or exceed outreach and engagement KPIs

Manage a pipeline of high-value accounts with growth objectives
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to support product/process improvements

Collaborate with sales teams, program managers, and stakeholders

Stay up to date with industry trends and tools

Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
-
1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
-
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
-
C2 level of German
-
Proficient English
-
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
