About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic and performance-driven team. This role blends customer relationship management with proactive business development activities, ensuring clients maximize value while identifying revenue growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Conduct outbound calls to strengthen customer relationships

• Apply structured lead generation and qualification methodologies

• Support clients in optimizing digital or tech-based solutions

• Achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1–C2)

• Good command of English (B2+)

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience

• Solid knowledge of business development and lead qualification strategies

• Experience in tech or digital advertising is highly preferred

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
