About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team in Sofia. This is a hybrid position offering a great balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Managing customer inquiries via email and phone in German

• Preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation

• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery

• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems

• Assisting with order processing and follow-ups

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1–C2 level)

• Good command of English (B2+)

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Sofia

• Good knowledge of MS Office
