German-Speaking Customer Success Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to support active customers and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of digital tools. This is a non-sales role focused on guiding customers through implementation and helping them get the most value from the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for active customers

  • Deliver product demos and presentations using prepared materials

  • Tailor solutions based on customer needs

  • Guide customers through the implementation process over a period of 5–10 weeks

  • Monitor adoption rates and customer engagement

  • Share best practices to support successful tool implementation

Requirements

  • Fluent German

  • Good level of English

  • Comfortable speaking on camera and presenting to customers

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Technically confident and comfortable explaining digital tools

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
09:00 – 18:00

1687.26 EUR gross salary
728.59 EUR quarterly performance bonus
