We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Athens. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support and ensure a positive experience for users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Accurately document customer interactions

  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluent Croatian

  • Good level of English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours

Monday – Sunday
08:00 – 19:00 (shift-based schedule)

Salary

1200€ gross monthly salary

Additional Information

  • On-site training and onboarding for the first 9 weeks

  • Remote work may be considered after this period depending on performance and readiness
