We are currently hiring a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a dynamic and performance-driven team in Lisbon.

This role focuses on implementing optimization strategies for high-value clients and improving digital campaign performance across major platforms.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Implement optimization solutions & strategies for high-value customers

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns

• Create keyword packs, bid strategies & budget recommendations

• Analyze campaign data & trends to generate actionable insights

• Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports

• Develop expertise across Google products (Search Network, Mobile, YouTube, etc.)

Mandatory Requirements:

• C1+ German

• B2+ English

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (GNS)

• Analytical mindset & good understanding of KPIs

• Excel knowledge
