Location: Porto, Portugal

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary: €1,000 gross x14 months

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a professional team in Porto.

This role is ideal for candidates with solid customer service experience, preferably within the travel industry, who thrive in structured environments and value high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service-related issues

  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions

  • Deliver high-quality service aligned with company standards

  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Fluent French (C1–C2)

  • English C1 level (business proficiency – written and spoken)

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably in the travel industry)

  • Mandatory: High School Diploma (12th grade or equivalent)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
