Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months
Complexity Bonus: €180 x11 months
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative with an interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design to join an international team in Lisbon.
This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about online marketing solutions and enjoy supporting customers in a dynamic environment.
Working Schedule

Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 22:00 (rotative shifts)

Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Uber support up to €25.00 for early shifts starting at 06:00
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Assist clients with digital marketing and/or web design-related inquiries

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

Document cases accurately in internal systems

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements

Fluent German (C1–C2)

Good command of English (B2+)

Mandatory: Experience or strong knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
