Customer Service Representative (German + English) – On-Site | Lisbon

Contract Type: CDD – 6 months
Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months
Complexity Bonus: €180 x11 months

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative with an interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design to join an international team in Lisbon.

This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about online marketing solutions and enjoy supporting customers in a dynamic environment.

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 22:00 (rotative shifts)

  • Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Uber support up to €25.00 for early shifts starting at 06:00

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist clients with digital marketing and/or web design-related inquiries

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

  • Document cases accurately in internal systems

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1–C2)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • Mandatory: Experience or strong knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
