We are hiring Customer Support Specialists to join a global team delivering high-quality support to German-speaking customers. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people and working in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German
Assist customers with inquiries, account-related questions, and basic troubleshooting
Deliver clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses
Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with company standards
Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Candidate Profile

Near-native German (C1/C2) – mandatory + English C1
Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team

Working Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts:

Monday to Sunday
2 rotating days off

Night shift (22:00–07:00) is part of the rotation; however, the night team is small and agents usually cover this schedule only occasionally during the month.

Salary & Benefits

€1,100 gross per month (paid 14 months)
€150 attendance bonus (11 months)
Daily meal allowance: €7.65
