Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon (Tejo). In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide high-quality support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish (LATAM candidates can also be considered)

  • English B2 level

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

24/7 rotational shifts
