Schedule: Rotational shifts (Mon–Sun)
- 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00

What You'll Do
- Support customers via phone, email, or chat
- Handle inquiries related to e-commerce products and services
- Provide efficient and customer-focused solutions
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Manage high contact volumes during peak periods
What We're Looking For
- C1+ Polish + good English level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience in e-commerce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
