About the Role
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Umhlanga.
This role involves supporting customers in a 24/7 operational environment, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule

24/7 rotating shifts

Flexibility required for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues

Ensure accurate documentation of cases

Maintain service quality and performance standards

Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements

Fluent German (C1–C2)

Good command of English (B2+)

Matric / Grade 12 qualification (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts
