About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Umhlanga.

This role involves supporting customers in a 24/7 operational environment, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule

  • 24/7 rotating shifts

  • Flexibility required for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues

  • Ensure accurate documentation of cases

  • Maintain service quality and performance standards

  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1–C2)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts

Relocation Support

  • 1x local flight to Durban prior to start date

  • 20 nights of accommodation covered (at a location selected by the company)
