Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 (Rotative Shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months
About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Dutch market from our Lisbon office.
This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions

Ensure customer satisfaction and professional case handling

Document interactions accurately in internal systems

Follow company procedures and service standards
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2)

Good command of English (B2+)

Minimum 6 months of previous experience in customer service (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
