Senior Order to Cash Specialist – German Speaker | Finance Operations | Porto (Monday–Friday)

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Contract: Permanent contract after 3-month trial period

Are you an experienced Order to Cash professional looking to grow your international finance career in Porto?

We are hiring a German-speaking Senior Order to Cash Specialist to join a global finance operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C processes, and financial operations, who are ready to take ownership of complex processes and contribute to financial performance in an international environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and international clients while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the full Order-to-Cash cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process
Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer account reconciliations
Monitor outstanding and overdue balances and follow up on payments
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in German and English
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Support reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required

Candidate Profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5–7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday or similar)
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Experience in international or multi-currency business environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Language Requirements

German C1–C2 (mandatory) + English C1 (advanced professional level)

€1,757.10 gross per month (paid 14 months)
