Start date: 2 February 2026
Working hours: Monday – Sunday | Between 08:00 – 19:00
Shift type: 8-hour rotational shifts
Work model: On-site
Interview: Face-to-face
Salary (Hourly – CCA Rates)

Month 1: €5.60 / hour

Month 2: €8.10 / hour

After probation: €8.50 / hour

After 12 months: €8.75 / hour (performance-based)

After 18 months: €9.20 / hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits

Performance bonus: up to €2,000 per year (paid monthly, eligible after 6 months probation)

Commission: Sales-based (eligible 2 months after going live)

Language allowance: €85 / month
Role description
Provide customer support via phone and digital channels. Assist customers with inquiries, handle requests efficiently, and support sales-related interactions while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements

Italian: C1/C2 level

English: B2+ level

Previous contact centre or customer service experience is a plus
