Italian Speaking Contact Centre
Malta | On-site

We are hiring!

Start date: 2 February 2026
Working hours: Monday – Sunday | Between 08:00 – 19:00
Shift type: 8-hour rotational shifts
Work model: On-site
Interview: Face-to-face

Salary (Hourly – CCA Rates)

  • Month 1: €5.60 / hour

  • Month 2: €8.10 / hour

  • After probation: €8.50 / hour

  • After 12 months: €8.75 / hour (performance-based)

  • After 18 months: €9.20 / hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits

  • Performance bonus: up to €2,000 per year (paid monthly, eligible after 6 months probation)

  • Commission: Sales-based (eligible 2 months after going live)

  • Language allowance: €85 / month

Role description

Provide customer support via phone and digital channels. Assist customers with inquiries, handle requests efficiently, and support sales-related interactions while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Italian: C1/C2 level

  • English: B2+ level

  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience is a plus

  • Only local candidates will be considered

  • Right to work in Malta
