Job Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Manager (Revenue Accounting) to lead airline revenue accounting operations in a structured aviation environment.
The role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, client management, and process optimization within airline revenue accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop revenue accounting teams

• Oversee airline revenue accounting operations and service delivery

• Manage key client relationships and SLA performance

• Drive process improvement, efficiency, and automation

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Support system implementations and operational transitions

• Monitor quality, accuracy, and delivery of revenue outputs

Mandatory Requirements

Only candidates meeting ALL criteria will be considered:

• Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor in Revenue roles within Airline companies

• Strong background in airline revenue accounting / revenue operations

• Management experience is mandatory

• Solid understanding of airline revenue processes (ticketing, refunds, ancillary revenue, interline billing)

• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IATA frameworks)

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English (C2 or native level)

Salary & Compensation

• €30,000 – €35,000 gross annually
