11,000 PLN gross / month
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Krakow. In this role, you will focus on driving new business opportunities, managing outbound activities, and closing deals within the tech and digital advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling)
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including closing deals
- Work towards monthly and quarterly KPI targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- German (C1+) & English (B2+)
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience

Background in one or more of the following:
- SaaS / IT sales
- Digital advertising (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
- Cloud or tech sales
- Proven experience working with KPIs (monthly/quarterly targets)
- Closing experience and strong outbound sales skills
