Monday to Friday with flexible start times between 07:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Latest finish: 07:00 PM

Salary
11,000 PLN gross / month

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Krakow. In this role, you will focus on driving new business opportunities, managing outbound activities, and closing deals within the tech and digital advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling)
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including closing deals
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly KPI targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies

Requirements

  • German (C1+) & English (B2+)
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Background in one or more of the following:
    • SaaS / IT sales
    • Digital advertising (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
    • Cloud or tech sales
  • Proven experience working with KPIs (monthly/quarterly targets)
  • Closing experience and strong outbound sales skills
