About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to oversee Seller Recruitment and Management in the U.S., focused on luxury clothes, shoes, and bags.

This role is critical in expanding high-quality supply, strengthening category depth, and accelerating marketplace growth. The ideal candidate brings strong vendor network capabilities, hands-on cross-border e-commerce experience, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead teams while executing ambitious growth strategies.

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and develop the U.S. seller recruitment team, setting clear performance targets and driving strong execution.

  • Build and scale high-quality supply pipelines across luxury clothes, shoes, and bags, identifying new category growth opportunities in the U.S. market.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize seller performance, category structure, and revenue impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to streamline onboarding, resolve seller pain points, and enhance overall marketplace performance.

What Were Looking For

  • High-level Chinese proficiency + fluent English

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce seller acquisition and marketplace operations

  • Background in luxury fashion, sneakers, premium apparel, or accessories

  • Proven experience building and scaling supply pipelines

  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

  • Experience managing teams of 5+ people

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Advanced Excel proficiency

  • Bachelors degree or higher
