Job Description

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto within the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide high-quality support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services and products

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent French

  • Good level of English or French CV accepted

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Candidates must be located within 30 km of Porto

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday
07:00 – 19:00 (shift-based schedule)

Salary & Benefits

  • 1020€ gross base salary (paid over 14 months)

  • Guaranteed bonus of 100€ gross for the first 3 months (or higher depending on targets)

  • Meal allowance: 9.60€ per day (net, meal card)

  • Public transport reimbursement up to 40€ per month

  • Welcome bonus: 150€ gross paid in the 4th month
