Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist for Danish and Dutch Speakers

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing high-level optimization solutions and strategies for our most valuable customers, ensuring their digital presence delivers maximum ROI through continuous analysis and strategic adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Implementation: Execute and manage digital marketing optimization strategies tailored to high-value client needs.

Ad Management: Manage social media and search engine advertisements, with a primary focus on Google Ads.

Campaign Precision: Create comprehensive keyword packs, manage bidding strategies, and provide data-backed budget suggestions.

Product Expertise: Develop deep expertise across Google products, utilizing optimization techniques for the Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube.

Data Analysis: Monitor trends and analyze campaign data to generate meaningful insights and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements (Mandatory Skills)

Experience: Minimum of 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization (Preferably Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other major platforms).

Language: Dutsch or Danish language skills (Native or C1 Level)

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and a strong analytical mindset.

Performance Metrics: A solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs.

Education: Relevant degree or certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus.

Work Schedule & Location

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.

Location: Lisbon (Anjos Office).

Work Model: Hybrid schedule (subject to future updates).

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

We offer a competitive package designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being:

Annual Base Salary: €23,000.

Language Premium Bonus: €3,240 per year.

Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the annual gross base salary.

Total Estimated Monthly: ~€2,356.

Meal Allowance: €7.63 per workday (paid via meal card, net).

Transportation Bonus: €720 per year.

Health & Life Insurance: Comprehensive plan including Family Plan (Spouse and Children).

Contract Type: Permanent contract with a 180-day probation period.

Relocation Support

For candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal:

Bureaucratic Support: Assistance in obtaining NIF and NISS.

Housing: Assistance in finding accommodation based on candidate needs.

Relocation Bonus: * €2,000 (Gross) for moves from outside Continental Portugal.

€1,000 (Gross) for moves from outside the Lisbon Metropolitan area to Lisbon.
