Support customers via phone, email, and chat
Handle bookings and general airline inquiries
Deliver high-quality customer service

Requirements

German C1 + English C1
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience is a plus

Offer

Month 1: €5.60 per hour / Month 2: €8.10 per hour
After Probation: €8.50 per hour
After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)
After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based)
€250/month language bonus
Up to €2,000/year bonus
Full training + health insurance
