About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of GNSS and surveying product solutions across Germany. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a passion for building long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for GNSS and surveying solutions across Germany

  • Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and channel partners

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations and provide pre-sales support

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales and growth targets

What Were Looking For

  • German national, fluent in German and English

  • 3–5 years of experience in surveying, GNSS, or construction equipment sales

  • Established network within relevant industry circles

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently
