About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of GNSS and surveying product solutions across Germany. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a passion for building long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for GNSS and surveying solutions across Germany

Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and channel partners

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations and provide pre-sales support

Achieve and exceed annual sales and growth targets
What Were Looking For

German national, fluent in German and English

3–5 years of experience in surveying, GNSS, or construction equipment sales

Established network within relevant industry circles

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently
