French-Speaking Customer Advisor – Porto

Your Role:

You'll support French-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience while working in a dynamic, international team.

Salary & Benefits (Strong Package):

Base salary: 1020€ gross x14 salaries
Guaranteed bonus: 100€ (first 3 months)
Performance bonus after 3 months (based on targets)
Meal allowance: 9.60€/day (net, meal card)
Transport compensation up to 40€/month
Welcome bonus: 150€ (paid in the 4th month)

Salary increase effective from March 2026

Working Hours:

Monday – Saturday
Between 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Location:

On-site in Porto
Only candidates living within 30 km of Porto can be considered

Requirements:

Fluent French
Good communication skills
Based in Porto or nearby
