Dutch-Speaking Customer Service – Porto (Hybrid)

Your Role:

You'll support Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries and delivering a high-quality service experience within a global team.

Salary & Benefits:

1100€ gross x14 salaries
Up to 150€ monthly bonus (x11)
Hybrid working model
Stable, full-time contract
International work environment

Working Hours:

Monday – Sunday (24/7 rotational shifts)
2 rotational days off

Night shifts (22:00 – 07:00) are occasional, not frequent, but flexibility is required.

Requirements:

Dutch (fluent)
English (C1)
Strong communication skills
Based in Portugal or open to relocation
