Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team. This is a fully remote position within Portugal, open to candidates based anywhere in the country.

No visa sponsorship provided, EU ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required

Your Role

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
• Work in line with company procedures and service standards

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
• Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Compensation

• Base salary: 1,500€ gross × 14 months
• Bonus: 80€ × 11 months

Requirements

• C2 or C1 level of Danish
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Must be based in Portugal
• EU ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required
• No visa sponsorship provided
