Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor – Remote in Portugal | Monday–Friday

We are hiring Danish-speaking Customer Advisors to join an international team supporting premium automotive and digital service projects — fully remote within Portugal.

This is a Monday–Friday position with no night shifts, offering long-term stability and a professional work environment.

Your Role

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide structured and solution-oriented support
Ensure high-quality service aligned with brand standards
Work independently in a remote international team

Were Looking For

Fluent Danish (C2) + Good command of English
Good communication skills
Customer-focused and proactive mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Must be currently living in Portugal

Compensation Package

Base Salary: 1500€ (14 months)
Monthly performance & complexity bonuses
Meal allowance
Health insurance
