French Customer Service 

Location: Braga, Portugal
Work Model: Hybrid / On-site
Start Date: 5 February 2026

We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Agents based in Braga.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

• Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Language Requirements

• French: C2 / Native level required

Location Requirement

• Only candidates who already live in or around Braga or Aveiro will be considered

• Candidates living outside these areas or planning to relocate independently will not be considered

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 880€ gross per month (14 month)

• Performance bonus: 140€ per month (12 month)

Additional Information

• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus

• English CV required
