Job Description

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Porto. In this role, you will assist customers, handle inquiries, and provide high-quality support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Accurately document customer interactions

• Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch

• English C1 level

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

Working Hours

Monday – Sunday (24/7 rotational shifts)

• 2 rotational days off per week

• Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00 (covered occasionally during the month)

Salary & Benefits

• 1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)

• 150€ allowance (paid over 11 months)

• 2000€ welcome bonus
