Job Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support customers with marketing-related inquiries and assist with campaign performance and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support related to digital marketing campaigns and tools

• Assist customers with campaign setup and optimization

• Monitor campaign performance and provide guidance when needed

• Ensure accurate documentation and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Support customers with marketing-related inquiries

Requirements

• Fluent German

• Good level of English

• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

• Degree in Marketing or a related field

• Experience working with paid campaigns (mandatory)

Working Hours

Initially:
Monday – Sunday
07:00 – 19:00

Shifts:

• 07:00 – 16:00

• 10:00 – 19:00

Later stage (to be confirmed):

• 24/7 rotational shifts

• 2 rotational days off

Salary & Bonus

1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
60€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)
