• Complexity Bonus: €100 per month (11 months)

• Handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality support in Flemish

• Resolve complex cases following defined procedures

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

• Fluent / native Flemish

• Strong communication skills
