Business Development Representative – German Speaker | Krakow (Hybrid)

German-speaking sales professionals! Join a global tech client in cloud-based B2B solutions. Exciting hybrid role in Krakow with relocation support.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities

  • Manage your sales pipeline and drive revenue growth

  • Work with SMBs, agencies, and C-Level decision-makers

What We're Looking For

  • German (B2+/C1) & English (B2+)

  • Minimum 1 year of sales / BDR / account management experience

  • Solution-oriented, target-driven mindset

  • Interest or experience in cloud / SaaS / tech sales

  • EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Poland required

What We Offer

  • Salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month + quarterly performance bonus (~2,350 EUR)

  • Hybrid work model in Krakow, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00
