German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent – Malta (Relocation Support)

Your Role:

You'll handle customer inquiries in German, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a professional contact centre environment.

Salary & Benefits:

€5.60/hour (Month 1)
€8.10/hour (Month 2)
€8.50/hour after probation
Up to €9.20/hour over time (performance-based)

Additional earnings:

€250/month language bonus
Up to €2,000/year performance bonus
€2,000 relocation allowance

Total compensation increases significantly after the first months

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday
Between 09:00 – 18:30 (8-hour shifts)
No weekend work

Location:

On-site in Malta (relocation required)

Requirements:

German (C2 level)
English (C1 level)
