Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for digital solutions and strong cold calling skills? Were looking for a B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join our growing international team and work with clients in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities

• Perform outbound prospecting and cold calling to engage potential clients

• Manage and grow a pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification methodologies

• Understand customer needs and propose suitable digital solutions

• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs

What Were Looking For

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent English (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling Sales experience

• Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies

• Previous experience in tech or digital advertising environments is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 4,242 BGN gross

• Target Bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly, performance-based)
