We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Consultants for an international car rental project in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Position: Customer Service Consultant
Language: German (C1/C2) + English (B2+)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
Salary: €1,750/month

Project:
Provide customer support for a leading car rental company, assisting customers with:
Reservations and bookings
Rental inquiries
Vehicle pick-up and return information
Booking changes and general customer support

Relocation Package:
€1,500 gross relocation bonus (paid in 2 installments)
21 days of company-provided accommodation
Assistance with finding long-term housing

Training:
On-site in Sofia

Requirements:
Fluent German and good English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
