We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager – Fashion Brand Partnerships to lead strategic brand and supply partnerships within the fashion and luxury ecosystem across Hong Kong and Greater China.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong regional fashion network and proven ability to secure premium inventory, build long-term brand relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
The Role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling strategic partnerships with fashion brands, distributors, and key supply partners.
You will play a critical role in expanding product supply, strengthening brand collaborations, and unlocking new commercial opportunities across Asia.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage fashion brands and strategic supply partners across Hong Kong and Greater China

Build long-term partnerships ensuring consistent access to premium and high-demand inventory

Secure limited, exclusive, and trend-driven product supply aligned with market demand

Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements

Drive revenue growth through strategic brand collaborations

Identify new brand categories and regional expansion opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams

Use data insights and market trends to optimize partnership performance

Mentor and guide junior business development team members where applicable
What Were Looking For

Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce

Strong network within fashion brands, distributors, or supply partners in Hong Kong / Greater China

Fluent Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a strong plus)

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Deep understanding of the Asian fashion and luxury ecosystem

Track record of driving market expansion and revenue growth

Strategic, data-driven mindset
