Dutch Speaking Customer Support – Athens - On-Site

Are you fluent in Dutch and love helping customers? Join our team in Athens and provide friendly, efficient support via chat, email, and calls!

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch

• Solve issues and provide accurate information quickly

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction

What We Offer:

• Base salary: €1,500 Gross + performance bonus

• 14 salaries: 12 monthly + 1 at Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas

• 25 days annual leave

• Meal voucher: €50/month

• Permanent contract, 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)

• After 90 days: possibility to work from home based on performance & metrics

• Relocation support available
