About the Role
We are hiring a German-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join a performance-driven digital marketing team in Lisbon.
This role combines customer support with hands-on paid campaign expertise, helping clients optimize their advertising strategies and improve campaign results.
Working Schedule
Initial Schedule (12-hour operational window):

Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 19:00

2 shifts:

07:00 – 16:00

10:00 – 19:00

2 rotative days off per week
At a later stage (TBC by the client), the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts.
Responsibilities

Support clients with paid advertising campaigns

Analyze and optimize campaign performance

Provide strategic recommendations to improve results

Troubleshoot campaign-related issues

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Maintain high service quality standards
Requirements

Fluent German (C1–C2)

Good command of English (B2+)

Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work rotational shifts
