Marketing Customer Support Specialist (German + English) – On-Site | Lisbon

Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months
Complexity Bonus: €60 x11 months

About the Role

We are hiring a German-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join a performance-driven digital marketing team in Lisbon.

This role combines customer support with hands-on paid campaign expertise, helping clients optimize their advertising strategies and improve campaign results.

Working Schedule

Initial Schedule (12-hour operational window):

  • Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 19:00

  • 2 shifts:

    • 07:00 – 16:00

    • 10:00 – 19:00

  • 2 rotative days off per week

At a later stage (TBC by the client), the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with paid advertising campaigns

  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance

  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve results

  • Troubleshoot campaign-related issues

  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting

  • Maintain high service quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1–C2)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work rotational shifts
